Hourly fee
The work will be invoiced on the working hours spent on the tasks. The hourly fee is 200 euro plus VAT. The minimum charge e.g. for telephone calls is 15 minutes.
Work on hourly basis suits best for litigations and other individual assignments where it is difficult to estimate the work load in advance.
Fixed monthly fee
The fixed monthly fee can be used for long term assignments like business related legal issues and other permanent legal matters. If the task requires e.g. a monthly work input of 10 hours, a monthly fee will be 1,000 euro plus VAT.
The fixed monthly fee is suitable e.g. for companies and other organizations which need regular assistance in legal matters but don’t have a need to hire their own legal counsel.
